Unfortunately, I can not upload the video's of the performances here. You can find them by clicking the Facebook-button below. The video's are at double speed for storage reasons, but due to this, some frames are sometimes lost. If you question if I perform full range of motion push-ups, I can send you the normal speed vids as well. I try to do them (as) strict (as possible), but sometimes I will vary my handposition to avoid strain injuries. Currently, I do (3x10)x10 reps a day to avoid muscle fatigue. I hope to progress to 30x10 in a few months… (UPDATE: I progressed to (2x15)x10 reps)
